All .BOSYS modules – UI.Office, Mid.Office, Back.Office and BOSYS.Cruise – run on a shared platform. For individual travel agencies this mainly means no system breaks. For chains, cooperations and franchisors it means considerably more.

As a head office you define on the platform which functions, master data, documents and processes are available to your connected locations – and where they keep their own freedom. Operation, maintenance and further development are handled by us, including hosting in certified German data centres.

One base, many variations

Every head office shapes its own system platform: which modules are active in the branches, which templates apply and which evaluations are available is up to you. Connected locations therefore work to consistent standards without giving up their individual way of working.

Key figures from all locations come together on the platform. Revenues, commissions and case statuses can be evaluated across branches – as a basis for management, negotiations and planning.

Operation and security from a single source

Development, operation and support are handled by .BOSYS. The platform runs in certified German data centres and updates are rolled out centrally – with no installation effort in the branches.
